Shipping & Handling:

In stock items and merchandise are normally shipped within two days of your order. However, custom made charm bracelets can take up to ten business days to be shipped, depending on how busy we are and how chunky your bracelet is.

Returns:

If you are unhappy with your matching jewelry or unsoldered charms, you can return them in like new condition within 30 days of receiving the items. Special orders, charms, or bracelets that have been soldered are not returnable and therefore cannot be refunded. Shipping charges will also not be refunded.

Privacy Statement:

Dazzle & Chunk will not share your personal credit card, payment, order information, email address, or telephone number with any outside our organizations. From time to time, you may receive catalogs and mailings from us with information about our products, promotions, or services. If you do not want to receive these mailings, please email and let us know.
